Broken SD Card driver on Fujitsu ST503x tablet PCs under Windows XP

The O2 media slot drivers for the Fujitsu ST503x series of tablet PCs (ST5030, ST5030D, ST5031, ST5031D, ST5032, ST5032D) work well with Sony MemoryStick and CompactFlash cards, but appear to be horribly broken for SD cards.
